Great app
Found this app very useful as I learned to speak Hebrew as a local. And quite fun too, with built in gamification. Heads and tails above the other translation apps.
Best hebrew app i've used
Most translators give you stiff, formal Hebrew nobody actually speaks. Baba gets slang and everyday phrasing right, and the voice features make it easy to actually learn how things sound. Super clean app too. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to speak like a local.
Helped me form real connections half a world away
As the mom of a Lone Soldier, Baba has been my lifeline for the last 6 months helping me connect with my son’s mom/parent WhatsApp group from 12,000 km away. Other online translators were unreliable often giving me translations that made no sense (Example: the boys are all dating!) which was incredibly frustrating. I discovered Baba and found clarity and comprehension. It’s rapid so I could quickly process 50 texts during the Masa Kumpta to locate the parent’s group in a large park and before the event, could CORRECTLY translate the PDF invitation. I cannot overstate how important this app has been to helping me form new friendships across the world. THANK YOU for creating it.

Once was very Good
I used it for a while and thought it was pretty good. Lately, as of May June 2026, it became unstable and unreliable. I would gladly paint for the service if it were half way relatable.
