Great classes and experience
The app:
Booking classes was extremely easy and convenient! I really like the layout and aesthetics. The descriptions for each class is inspiring and makes you feel safe. I also like how in the main page of the app you get an encouraging message of how this is a safe place to grow.
The classes and experience:
This was by far the best group classes I have taken. I was extremely intimidated because I prefer to workout alone and it was my first time in a group. But when I went into the studio I was immediately greeting by someone who was also waiting for a class, it was an easy conversation! During the classes, you are encouraged to keep doing your best. What I appreciated the most was that even though it was a group class, Kat and Jessica took the time to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. I signed up for 3 classes and worked with Jessica once and with Kat twice. Jessica took their time to explain the exercises to me and hyped me throughout the exercise. Towards the end of the session Jessica sat us down and did a little group check-in and asked us why we were there. The answers were heartfelt and intimate. Kat made me work my butt off! Although I was struggling (I do not work out much) Kat made me feel safe and inspired me to keep going. The little meditations at the end are great additions and make you check in with you and how you truly are feeling.
I genuinely appreciate these classes and studio. These classes made me realize that I truly am more than a body, will definitely be coming back.
