I don’t know why this app or this camera even exists. The app is useless, it keeps showing an error message and cannot connect to the camera. It’s a piece of trash. Unfortunately it’s been too long to return and get my refund. They should not be allowed to sell these craps at all.

Do not buy this product. It will load the very first time you set it up and then you set up camera and the video will not load. No option to resolve and it’s trash.

Is this for real? Is this camera a joke? Can't set the three up I bought without having to delete the app and start over multiple times. The app doesn't work at all. You can only add one camera. It gets hot if plugged in likely would cause a fire. Returning!!!

It was a little tricky to navigate at some points but the software works as advertised. I feel like the weak link being a speaker of only one language. I feel sad because it appears the many who had no issues didnt have the time to review but the few that couldnt navigate the language barrier did not own their part in the failure and the result is a really unfair rating. Stay strong and grow from this! Thx for delivering what was promised. 🙏

I got 2 cameras, can not connect the camera to the app. The app get stuck and there is no way out of it. Got to delete the app or turn off the phone and do it again and keeps getting stuck. Horrible
Can't even access my detections
i have to pay to access the cameras detection clips, but there's no payment method to do so..? which defeats the whole purpose of the camera because that means in just going to have to be sat there looking at my camera all day. fix the payment feature.
Terrible camera
Not easy to connect, nonexistent battery life, mediocre control and settings, and despite the simple controls, a pain to set up. If there’s was a minus star rating - I might. I wish I had sent it back when I had the chance 🤦♂️
