Babu: Baby & Sleep

Babu is the sleep app for the whole household: both parents see the same picture, every entry shows who made it, and everything works without a connection. ON APPLE WATCH Log sleep, feeds, and diapers on your wrist and view the day’s plan. The Watch app requires a paired iPhone with Babu; it does not detect sleep automatically. SLEEP WINDOWS INSTEAD OF GUESSWORK From your child's age and your entries, Babu estimates roughly when the next nap and the night's sleep are due and shows it on an arc for the whole day. With every entry the estimate adapts more closely to your child. You decide how many naps are planned today and Babu recalculates the day. After a few weeks the app openly shows how close its estimates were. LOGGED WITH ONE TAP • Start a sleep, mark briefly awake, wake up • Breast, bottle and solids, diapers • Add and correct entries later when the night had to be quick • Widget and Lock Screen show the running sleep and the next window • Shortcuts: start a sleep, ask for the next window TOGETHER One household instead of a shared login: invite your partner with a code, both devices stay in sync, and changes reach the other phone within seconds. It works even if you use different phones. MORE THAN SLEEP • Trends: sleep, feeds and diapers across days and weeks • Clothing: an outfit suggestion for going out, based on the weather where you are • Solid-food recipes and breast-milk storage times, each with its source • Milestones, growth, check-up visits YOUR DATA Your data lives on your device. Before starting the 30-day trial, sign in once with an account. Activation needs an internet connection; after that, Babu remains available offline. Reinstalling keeps the original trial start date. No ads, no tracking. Export as JSON or CSV and deletion are always available and stay free. BABU PRO All features are free for 30 days. After that, Babu Pro unlocks logging without limits, as a subscription or a one-time purchase, once for the whole household. Everything you logged stays readable even without Pro. Babu is a planning aid for family life, not a medical device. Sleep windows are estimates and do not replace advice from your midwife or pediatrician.
