Delay by 3 hours from the pick point “dewas gate Ujjain”
pathetic service of bus and zero maintenance due to which bus faced some issue on the way from indore to Ujjain road which leads to us waiting of 3 hrs in Ujjain dewas gate . The office staff were covering there mistake of negligence in bus maintenance by putting all fault to the traffic . But there was no traffic at all . All other buses of different travel compan came on time .
The office staff didn’t even agree to do arrangements in some other bus for the passengers. Which impacted our arrival time to Delhi and unwantely took leave in office due to 3-4 hr delay from the pick point .
Very poor service with no punctuality.

They Drop us Any Where
Babu Travels ke bus driver & Conductor are not good they not received call and they didn’t use drop location and drop us any where.
06 June 2023 they drop my mother 1 km far from drop station (Dhaula Kuan).They did it 4-5 time before also.
I suggest not use Babu Travels for travel use other Travels
