Horrible game
There are so many ads and you only get three levels. After all the three levels were ok
Waste of time
So when my mom downloaded this for me years ago on her iPad you had everything and no additional perches was necessary. It was fun then so I thought maybe I will try it again. Five minutes waisted. I opened the app and you can only access level one without paying. Any other level you have to pay five dollars to access. You can’t even have all the materials to complete level one! This app is ridiculous you can’t hardly have anything

Don’t bother
Got this for my little girl 2 levels in you have to purchase to continue now I have a crying 5 year old
Complete ripoff
The game starts by only giving you half the tools needed to beat the first level, unless of course you buy them or watch a ad to unlock 1 tool. It only has about 6 levels total and can be beaten in less than two minutes, it took longer to download the game than it took to beat it.
Cute but annoying
You spend more time watching videos to get the tools to take care of patients than you do playing the game. Unless you buy it of course. But you don't get a good feel of the game to know if it's worth the money or not. It's been on my phone for all of 5 minutes and I've beaten every level on the "free" part of it, it's getting deleted now.
