My 2 year old enjoys playing the game but gets upset when it says try again he gets upset. Could you add an option to remove that?

Bought the updated full version and it never opened. Three levels and I paid for them all. Lee clicking to contact developer and won’t go through. I want a refund or the games unlocked. It’s very hard to explain to a 3 year old.
