Avoid this app
I downloaded this app when my little boy was quite young and ended up deleting it before the end of my subscription because it just made me feel like my baby was so behind. The suggestions of activities weren’t that great and I felt like I could come up with equally good things to do without the app. I recently reinstalled just to see how it would be now he’s over a year and I accidentally set up another years subscription. I emailed straight away and requested a refund and messaged on instagram. I’ve been ignored on both platforms. Honestly just avoid this app!

Horrible app
The app doesn’t work, it crashes all the time. Their customer service is also awful as they don’t help, they don’t even respond to your messages

Great for new and experienced parents
I am so satisfied with this app. As a new mom I wasn’t sure what to do or expect with the development of my child. This app helped me so much by providing activities, recipes, a milestone chart and a sleep/food/diaper tracker. I have been using it for 2 years now and will continue to use it.

Great app and support
I have been using this app for a couple of weeks and I love it.
I needed some tech support to get my partner linked but there was an issue with my apple account not sending me OTP.

Doesn’t work!!!
This app doesn’t work. The app sends alerts but when I try to open and use it all I see is a white screen. Please fix!!
7month milestone

Lovely app, enjoy reading about facts of the day. I read out the story time and we do activities.
The only downside is the tracking of food etc is limited. I don’t like the pin wheel scrolling of the bottle feed amount, sometimes takes longer than needed to scroll on the number you want, would prefer to manually type. Also no option for choosing to feed baby something other than formula. There are other drink like supplementation in Europe that we use apart from formula which also helps to part feed baby, so would be nice if I could log it but not as formula feed. I also don’t like that for analyses part I can’t hide things that I don’t track such as breastfeeding.
These are minor things but if that got improved I would’ve given it 5* without a doubt.

Complete waste of money
I had the free trial and the activities looked great, but since I paid for the years subscription (which wasn’t cheap), the ‘activity’ suggestions are useless, things like ‘move their arms’ and ‘tell them you love them’. My baby is 5 months now and I’ve not had a useful suggestion since he was a newborn.

This app is very buggy, daily workouts should auto refresh, a notification pops up with something interesting but when you click on it it opens to an old page with nothing about what was said. App could be way more user friendly especially for a paid product. Even after your comment the same bugs exist. I wish I could just read the tip of the day that interests me but it’s never what the notification is about

Unacceptable Delay and Lack of Accountability
I invested in SARs for Baby G Company using the Tyke app more than 18 months ago, expecting a smooth and transparent investment process. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite the considerable time that has passed, my investment amount remains stuck with the company, and I have received no clear communication or resolution. Tyke has washed its hands of the matter, stating that they are not responsible for the sale eligibility of the SARs, putting the onus entirely on Baby G Company. This lack of accountability and transparency is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. As an investor, I trusted Baby G Company and Tyke with my hard-earned money, and this prolonged delay without any resolution or communication is deeply concerning. I urge Baby G Company to address this issue immediately and provide a clear timeline for the release of my investment. Investors deserve better communication, transparency, and accountability. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot in good faith recommend investing in SARs through Baby G Company or using the Tyke app. Please take this matter seriously and provide the necessary resolution at the earliest.

Idiotic and insensitive
I already was already underwhelmed and unimpressed with the tips and resources that cost $80, but final straw for me was a daily “tip” telling me that breastfed babies have a higher cognitive development than formula fed babies - how extremely insensitive and idiotic. This tells me that the content writers of this app have never actually experienced being a new mother before. Shame on you for making formula feeding feel lesser-than.

Decent app for milestones and activities
I wanted an app to help track milestones by age and provide a list of activities to do at each age. This app does do this which is nice. The children’s stories they share seem AI generated and don’t make that much sense. I also like that you can track feedings etc within the app but I wish there was a place to also track when you gave medicine or supplements. Overall a useful app for us.
