APP NO LONGER WORKS
I’ve subscribed for the last year with no problems. App has been dead for a few months now. They really should pull this from the store.

This app has been great and is a nice alternative to YouTube but the Apple TV version is not working.
Doesn’t seem to work
We really loved this app when it worked. However, it does not seem to be working now for about a week. My granddaughter misses it :(

We can’t report to app developer. Can’t open app on iPhone or iPad.
HIV Adds
Sexual adds….. For a while the ads where just kid toys, online, learning games car insurance and etc.. However they just had a HIV add with various couples having romantic moments. Any kind of sexual content in general has NO PLACE in a app meant for babies/ Toddlers. They are at that age where they ask about EVERYTHING! No more app for us. I’m not going to upgrade and reward them for showing this kind of stuff to my kid. App deleted.

because it’s really fun and classical music is awesome
Need to fix auto-play!!
Some episodes stop when they’re over and it makes my baby very upset when he’s sitting in silence, expecting his show to be playing but it’s not.
I tested this on Apple TV and Roku. Please fix or I will cancel my subscription and switch to watching on YouTube.

used to love it for my kid but you literally can't cancel it, they make it impossible, act like it's easy to find in the app store or under itunes abcs it's no where to be found
Air Play won’t work
Every time I try to connect to AirPlay to my tv, it’ll play the sound but no picture. Very annoying.
Ads are a problem
This app would be amazing EXCEPT… it often plays 6 ads in a row, it is often the same 1 or 2 ads over and over, and it is obvious that no one reviews where in the program the ad breaks happen. It’s incredibly annoying
The Allianz ads In particular are the worst because they are MORE than twice as loud as the rest of the programming. More than once their ads startled our toddler so bad she began to cry because it was just so so so loud
The problems with the ads are deterring us from letting our toddler watch the program now :(

Add a Lock Screen button!!!!
There should no be an app on the market for Children’s content that does not have a Lock Screen option.

I created an account on my phone but when you try to log in on the app on tv the keyboard doesnt offer the same symbols. Such a hassle to change the username/password on my phone then log into the app on the tv.
When watching on your phone the app content only takes the half screen mode and there isn’t an option to turn your phone and take the whole screen.
Not worth keeping the subscription when it can be found elsewhere.

Rip off
Why am I still seeing Ads when I’ve paid to NOT see ads.
Took my money, did nothing.
I downloaded this app for the Apple TV, and subscribed so my kid wouldn’t see commercials. They charged me, but I’m still seeing commercials.
I sent feedback through the link on the App Store, but they’ve haven’t responded. It’s been a week. That’s more than enough time.
Good content, but you can get that anywhere. No customer service.

I want to pay to upgrade and remove people apps, but the button doesn’t work.
Adult adds
This app is great but the commercials that come up are for adults. Sexual diseases, sexual conditions, etc.
They should not allow adult stuff on a kids app.
