There’s no sound while using the app. I’m an Iphone 11 user. What should I do?

Stopped working after in-app purchase
Upgraded to no ads and sound stopped working. Uninstalled, reinstalled, still no sound. (No, my device isn’t on mute.) happened with this developer’s other apps as well. All are crappy.
Great for learning words
My two years old grandson loves this app. We use it together to practice his words.
