Not opening
App doesn’t even open anymore. Used to be amazing.
Never loads
This app is phenomenal….when it works which lately, is never. I have tried opening it daily for a week and it never gets past the baby on the skateboard (loading symbol when you open it). I’ve uninstalled it and it still doesn’t work. Very disappointing

what a useless app. I made an account and have tried closing and reopening and relogging in multiple times and it just gives me a forever loading screen

Literally can’t use the app anymore. Just never loads. Tried deleting and reinstalling and same thing. Why am I even paying for this??
Doesn’t even work
I bought the year subscription and got to use it for like 5 months or less before half the app stopped working and now it doesn’t even let me open the app at all. No one from support ever got back to my several inquiries, they just took my money and ran apparently.
Wrong open or load anymore
I used this app from the time my baby was born for 18 months until 2 months ago and now the app won’t finish loading to open. Just shows the loading screen. And I can’t redownload the app without losing all the data I have put in since my baby was born. This so was amazing at first, I could use it to monitor growth and develop and it would show where my child should be, then after about 9 months it limited my access unless I paid. That’s cool, disappointing but I will just monitor less stuff. Note I can’t do anything. Thank goodness I didn’t pay anything!

App doesn’t open
I used this app with my first child two years ago and it was very helpful and I liked the examples of activities to do with child development age. However, now I can’t get past the initial loading page with the skateboarding baby. I would love to use with my baby now. Please fix this bug!

This was a brilliant app, until a few months ago when the milestone section of the app stopped working and now the whole thing has stopped working.

Can’t see or use the milestones page. Submitted a report a while ago but no change yet.
Crashing
I really loved this app, but for the last couple of months I can’t access any of my milestones because the app keeps crashing, saying there was an error and to close the app. This is disappointing as I’ve had to try to find other apps to use, none of which are as good as this one used to be.
Not working, ignored
When I first got this app it was amazing. I paid for a year subscription. But the past few months, every time I try to log milestones it tells me something went wrong and the app crashes. I have reached out for a support several times and have not heard back. This app has great potential, I just wish I could use it for what it is intended for, and what I paid for.

I created an account but I can’t get the app to do anything but show a skateboarding baby…
App won’t open
App won’t open and won’t recognize me. Sent emails sent insta messages and nothing. Save your money for an app that works….. or that at least has the ability to respond when issues occur.

Lost all my milestones as the app keeps crashing with unexpected error on it 😭😭😭

Worked great until about 2 months ago where I can no longer access the milestones keeps crashing have emailed a few times and reported an issues to never hear back
Perfect Partner as a New Parent
The Pathfinder Health app has been a lifesaver for me as a new parent. The milestone features alleviates so much of my stress and concern about my child’s development. As someone without much external guidance from people in my life, this app has been so helpful as I am learning how to navigate new problems by not only teaching me new information but also providing quality guidance through activities and easy to read blogs. I recently invested in the premium version of the app, and the updates have have been worth every cent. The interface is easy to navigate and the milestone surveries/ progress checks are quick and easy, especially after a long day at work. Overall, this app is very usable and has been an amazing partner in my new journey with my baby.

Useful tool to track development
The Pathfinder App is has a variety of features and overall has a very user friendly design. From tracking milestones to journaling, the app really has thought of everything. I had a great experience with the app and would definitely recommend it to others!
Moved to paid
Was happy with this app despite not being in the US and not needing a bunch of the features but the milestone tracking was so great. Then they changed to a pay model and moved all the timeline information to behind a paywall. Deleted my account and removed the app.
