Testzeitraum scheint Betrug
Die App sollte 3 Tage zum Testen frei sein. Allerdings wurde sofort der Jahresbeitrag abgebucht. Lässt sich auch nicht wieder rückgängig machen. Die App ist übrigens russisch.
Partially works
Video and audio monitoring works well, but the app didn’t seem to recognise our baby being awake at all, even when she was crying with her eyes open.
So tired of the fight
Worked fine for the first year of subscription. After subscription renewal, cannot get anything but my android phone and the wife’s android phone to connect. iPad will not. I’ve tried everything, including attempting to contact support with no help. Uninstalled, reinstalled, rejoining to the account. Nothing works.

App states that there is a 7 day free trial - I downloaded it - the sound wasn’t working for me so I deleted it and unsubscribed all within like 5 minutes and they still charged my account. Don’t bother downloading

Works OK in a pinch…
Downloaded this to work as a baby monitor for one night after moving. After baby’s first wake up, we just moved him to our room and turned off the app. We couldn’t hear any audio from the baby’s room through the app, it literally just played an alarm when it sensed crying. The alarm was more stressful to wake up to than the baby…. Would not use again.

Me hicieron un cobro cuando según iba a ser el periodo de prueba, lo cancelé a tiempo pero ya me habían hecho el cargo así que quiero mi reembolso

Baixei o app para testar, e ao iniciar o teste já foi cobrado o valor anual! Solicito o reembolso, pois cancelei antes do teste iniciar !
Atual. Não me devolveram o dinheiro! Nem o app e nem a Apple, que simplesmente me disse que não vão reembolsar e pronto!

Baixei para teste, a empresa me cobrou 139,90 com esse preço compra uma babá eletrônica
Muito ruim
Não consegui saber os momentos em que minha bebê acordou. Travou várias vezes. E ainda por cima me cobrou mesmo eu tendo cancelado o teste.

Subscription on each device
I’ve used this app for about three years if not longer, and for the first time it doesn’t want to connect with my existing subscription. I pay it yearly and now it wants me to pay it in each device?!!
