Not even able to open it as everytime you press anything on it, the app just shuts down. Horrible!

Temperamental
Been having issues connecting to the other phone via this app since the beginning. Very expensive but basics are temperamental. I can’t justify why this app is so expensive?
Frustrating app
Every time there is an update I have issues. I try to connect the app says I am online but it won’t pair. I need this to work!!! I should have bought a home monitor system

Frequent connection issues
Avoid. Frequent connection issues. Unclear in app what/where the problem is as far as which device has the problem. Weird when both are on the same WiFi network.
Then app crashes/unable to load issues fairly often as well. Occasionally have to uninstall and redownload to get back into the app. Conveniently app not working around time of subscription renewal so I was unable to cancel before being charged again.
Stay far away.

I already paid for this app, and now they’ve redesigned and trying to make me sign up again. Thanks for robbing your existing customers.

This app is great for being in the same house. I do wish that the notifications settings were the same across every device that’s signed into the app, but they’re not.

Ужасное качество
Постоянно сбоит соединение. Видимо сервак совсем дохлый. Задумка хорошая, купил полный комплект лицензий, понадеялся на оборудование и уехал по среди поездки выяснилось что поикаете то причинам пропала связь один из телефонов попросту отключился. С таким качеством работы это пустая трата денег.
Not worth it
The worst baby monitor app out there to me. It does nothing but buffer on the parent end and tell you that you can’t use it over two different networks despite being on the same network. It caused my phone to completely crash and would not uninstall without me rebooting my phone.

My son was screaming and the app didn’t say anything
Disconnected randomly and didn’t detect sound all the time
When everything is connected this works well but I kept getting notified that a device was disconnected from the network when neither were. Also video would stop working and I’d have to turn the app off on my device and restart. Also could see baby was crying but app wasn’t detecting sound randomly.

Does not work well
The baby unit closed 4 times throughout the night. I had to go and click back into the app in my daughters room, hoping I would not wake her. This also did not allow for me to get much sleep. I highly recommend you save your money and get something better.
