Currently unusable
Unfortunately, the app doesn’t seem to work on my phone (iOS 26.4.2). When I make it past the configurations in the beginning, it hangs on the “Fetching names” screen indefinitely. Upon closing and reopening the app, I get to the Tinder-like view but the name panel loads indefinitely. Seems to be an issue with the API that loads baby names.

Pointless
The link doesn’t work when you send it to your partner. You have to download then type in the code to connect. Then the matching process is completely faulty. When my partner disliked names that I had liked, it came up as a match. Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to, therefore it’s pointless.
App is super glitchy
For an app that both my spouse and I had to pay for in order to use, every couple of names we have to wait while it loads. I would understand more if I was speed searching but I’m going at a normal pace and it’s very irritating that every 3 to 5 names I have to wait up to a minute for a new one to load. Won’t be renewing after this first week is done.

We found a great and unique name for our daughter
Great app but a little scammy
The mechanics are easy and the names are plentiful — exactly what I wanted. My criticism is that after a while it slows down a LOT between names and buffers. To me the only explanation is that they want to drag out you using the app past the expiration of the free trial and not have you run through all the names before you have to pay money for it. Makes no sense that it would be so slow after initially being quick to display new names immediately.
