Difficulty levels need to be adjusted

There needs to be an easy setting on this. The game concept would be fun but the responsiveness of the tapping is so unpredictable that โ€œnormalโ€ is difficult and โ€œdifficultโ€ is impossible. This game has potential to be a lot of fun but not until the sensitivity levels have been adjusted.
