Please do not fall for this app! It is completely useless. Does not predict the next baby nap. Just keeps saying it’s every 10 minutes. After a few days the app stopped opening for me and it still charged me fees even thought I cancelled the subscription early on!

There is no way to cancel the subscription. I only wanted to trial and it was NOT helpful.

I would rate this not even 1 star. I downloaded it to try because I was having a hard time with my baby at the time, and ONLY clicked the * 7 day free trial*. (I understand it will charge if you don’t cancel by the 7 day) but I ended up trying to cancelling it before that time, and it would not let me on the app at all. I then have reached out to customer service MULTIPLE times asking to stop charging my account because I don’t even have the app anymore on my phone, I never actually used the app. And I keep getting a $39.99 charge every month with no way to stop it. This is ridiculous I would NOT recommend this app to anyone.

SCAM- do not purchase
App does not work & there is no way to cancel your subscription. Even though the app was $8 per week they charged me $60 a week later & I had to cancel my credit card to stop payments

Of all the sleep apps I have used, this one is awful! Do not download it! Don’t pay for anything! There are so many bugs. It only works in military time. It does not know when is nap and when is sleep. I am trying to get my money back. I used it for like 3 hours and hated it.

I paid $14.99 for one month of Premium access, but after downloading the app, I was never given the option to log in with the credentials I used to purchase my subscription. Instead, the app generated a new user ID and placed me on the free tier.
The only option it offered was to purchase Premium again, even though I had already paid. I contacted customer support, and they said they would fix the issue, but it still hasn't been resolved. I paid for a month of Premium and have been unable to access it, so I'm out $14.99 with nothing to show for it. Very frustrating experience.

Charging for app despite written cancellation
Have requested via email, for subscription to be cancelled well before payment was due to be deducted. Have not responded to email, and have deducted payment from my account. Still no reply. No other form of contact for them either.

App will charge you money without having a subscription. Charges through independent merchant so unable to cancel or request refund. Contacted them for support with no response and continued to charge me money monthly.
Do not sign up
I did not agree to sign up to this app I just wanted to trial it and now I have been charged for it and cannot find any way to cancel it or edit payment details at all!
