self explanatory

would be better if it had some widgets

Simple and Sweet

I love the simplicity of this app. That’s why I use it for my son. I do wish there were a bit more features. Such a reminders. Say to end a sleep timer or “bedtime approaching”. I also wish you could separate nap sleep from bedtime sleep. However I will definitely be continuing to use this app!

Very helpful app

I love this app. It is not only super easy to use, it is helpful to keep track of times of feeds, diaper changes, administration of medication and so much more. My only complaint is that it’s only available for iPhones so my husband can’t download the app to add logs.

Response from developer

Hi Jess 👋, thanks for your kind words. We are thrilled that you find use in the Baby Steps app. An Android app is on our roadmap. Please feel free to share further feedback and let us know how we can improve your experience.

Decent but suggestion:

Nice easy efficient user interface but it would be nice if we got the option to have an alert on the phone when a new update (feed, diaper, pump) was logged.

Response from developer

Thanks for using the Baby Steps app and for your suggestion. This feature is on our roadmap already. Let us know if you have any other suggestions that would make the app even more useful to you.

Great potential but not there yet.

I have a 3 month old and have been using glow to track and log diapers etc. but glows UI is very clunky... and this app looks and feels much better.
However many key features are missing right now such as timers for each breast to help with alternating and the dial to log feedings is not detailed enough (couldn’t select 4.25ml)
Also I think it makes more sense to have the overview as the first page so the first thing I see is the time last changed or fed!!! And I wish the pattern screen wasn’t so buried as it’s a great quick glance visual.
Overall I think this app could be a great new solution with a few updates, but right now we will stick with glow.

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback, we appreciate you gave Baby Steps a try. Following your feedback, we've added side tracking for nursing and pumping entries, as well as an option for greater precision for quantities and measurements. We are currently working on bringing overview details to a home screen widget for maximum ease of use. We hope that you give Baby Steps another chance in the future.
