It uses AI so bad that the photos don’t even look like the person. I don’t want fake memories or pictures that don’t look like me

Pictures not loading for the story
I absolutely loved this app. I didn’t mind paying at all until it stopped working. I’ve been using this since I found out I was pregnant with my first baby. I would add details or symptoms or fun moments to the stories section and I’ve had no problems. Then I had my daughter and I added an album for after she was born and no problems but after 6 months it’s now not working. That entire story part won’t even load. I don’t know what to do I’ve put so much detail into this app into my albums and I’m afraid I lost it all now.

The app says it’s free trial for 7 days but only on 3rd day free trial
the app already took money out from my bank…and the app is not even worth paying for…only few options to choose..so don’t even think of buying the app. It’s a real scam!!!

Charged for a year when I never signed up
I downloaded this app to see what features it had and noticed that they charged my bank for a year subscription. I asked for a refund and was told that they do not offer refunds.
Such a great app for new parents
I would like the option to turn my story into an actual book that’s printable. I don’t mind paying however much for it but that would be super cool.
Love but needs updating
Love the app. I’ve been using it for 7 years now - my only complaint is the new years decor is still at 2022/2023. It does not update every year

Absolutely recommend, they have nice frames which can be turned into amazing pictures without having to break the bank

Baby app
I’m not able to edit or apply stickers, collages or anything else, it won’t apply. Unfortunately I have to delete.
Great photo editing
I really like this app for documenting my babies’s first year. My only complaint, is that I don’t see an option to actually create a baby book. I would love to just order something through the app. As opposed to taking it and ordering through Shutterfly. There might be something I am missing, I am hoping to hear back from the app support, but it has already been a couple of weeks.

The app keeps closing
I paid for a subscription but can’t even use the app as it keeps closing once you open it! I want my money back! I can’t even get support as I can’t even get access to the app!
I love this but..
I love how I can have my baby’s album at my fingertips. I love all the stickers and backgrounds. It really makes it easy to put everything in one place.
Cons: However, the one thing that I don’t like is that the album can’t be saved to my phone or shared to others to look at. It also seems the only way I have access to it now is if I renew my subscription. You need to have a share/save option and the ability to access it for a lifetime not just when you subscribe. If I’m missing something please clarify. Thank you.

Crashes all the time
Had this app for 9 months and it was great at the start but now it won't even open up and crashes all the time, I can't access my baby's pictures and all my milestones I've logged. I've emailed the app developer and apple and been refunded by apple but nothing has been done about this! It's so annoying as I'd logged all my baby's big events and I can't access them now.

Heartbroken!!
I have been keeping up with my last baby’s milestones with this app! Every. Last. One! Log in to add the newest milestone at 9 months and everything is GONE! I paid for an annual subscription and I am devastated!! I emailed support and the only response I received was them asking if the problem was fixed, which made me even more upset. I pray this can be restored or I’ll be expecting a full refund at the very minimum.
