About

Baby Taste Log is a gentle first-food trial tracker for parents and caregivers. It helps you keep each baby's new food records organized by food, date, trial count, and possible reaction. The app is intentionally focused: it helps you remember what baby tried, how many times it has been recorded, whether there was a possible allergic reaction, and which foods have enough no-reaction records in your own log. Key features: - Multiple baby profiles for families tracking more than one child. - Built-in food atlas with 140 common foods across vegetables, fruits, grains and starches, legumes, nuts and seeds, fish and seafood, meat, eggs and dairy, and oils. - Quick Add for dish names such as pumpkin porridge, tomato beef, or egg noodles, then choose the single foods you want to record. - Trial records with date, trial number, amount, baby preference, notes, and possible allergic reaction. - Progress board with filters for category, age, allergen level, trial status, and baby preference. - Possible Reactions Center for reviewing all foods and history records marked with a possible allergic reaction. - JSON import and export for backup, with a preview before replacing current data. - iCloud Sync Status page showing current device sync status, local data counts, and last refresh time. - Soft themes and lightweight achievements to make tracking easier to keep up with. Important note: This app is for family record keeping only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or allergy risk assessment. A "Checked" food means only that your app log contains three no-reaction trial records. It does not mean the food is medically safe or allergy-free. For higher-allergen foods, previous possible reactions, or any health concerns, please consult a pediatrician or allergist.
