Good Tracking App
Even though this app is geared towards babies, for people with care takers and have heavy disabilities like me; it’s a good app to track important parts of my daily hygiene. I also like the fact you can add notes.

This app is great for keeping track of when your baby has been fed, dirty nappies etc.
