지금 애 재우는데 쓰고있습니다.
장기적으로 얼마나 효과가 있을지는 잘 모르겠습니다만.. 나이를 먹어갈수록 잠을 안자려하는 두 아이를 재우기가 힘이 들어서 이 앱에 기대를 걸어봅니다. 아직 아이의 반응은 감이 오지 않지만, 최소한 저는 잠이 잘 오는 느낌입니다.
정말 좋네요^^
애기가 밤에 잘을 잘 안잤는데 집중을 잘하는거 같네요.
