First live through app as a Pediatrician
It was my first live session as a pediatrician, the team was very helpful and accommodating. It was a nice experience with the baby chakra app, highly recommended for parents.
Can’t log in on the app
I have downloaded the app but I can’t log in on the app. I have been trying since last three weeks but it keeps saying try again later when I try to log using my phone number. I don’t have a gmail or Facebook account so thus can’t log in this way too. Please fix this problem.

So much of information, lectures by doctors and experts. It’s amazing how they answer queries in minutes. Really happy n we will recommend to all family n friends to use this app for guidance. It has helped us during this Covid time so much, really appreciate
Poor customer service
I ordered from babychakra app in April and then wanted to cancel the order due to no update from their side regarding the order till the first week of May 2020. I requested them for refund on 9th May and have been promised multiple times that refund will come but for such a simple matter they are giving multiile excuses and not refunding the money.... for last 11 days i have been following up and now they sent an automated mail stating that refund ould take another 15 dayss !!! Highly unprofessional !!

I downloaded this app when I was pregnant because a friend of mine told me so. But now I know why this amongst all other apps. Its one shop stop for moms to be as well as babies. Every milestone of the baby is shown and tracked. All baby related services for moms and babies available in one app. What more! Contests in the app were real fun during maternity leave and even now! The blogs are so crisp and informative, I love the app!!

By far the best parenting app!
This is such a hands on helpful app for parents and soon to be parents. It has maternity services, pre and post natal yoga consultant, lactation services, etc. It has baby products as well food, clothing, accessories. You can post your daily routine or your baby’s milestone. Read blogs by other parents, participate in different contests and chat with other moms too. They also have a panel of experts and doctors who conduct live sessions. This is very helpful in times of emergencies and within reach. I’m not bragging anything it’s all through my experience on the app. Download it if you haven’t already!

A friend in need is a friend indeed. This goes out well for my BabyChakra family. It's the best parenting app I have ever used. I used it throughout my pregnancy and will continue using it.
