It’s not fair you have to have other equipment to use this not everyone is lucky enough to afford such things but every expecting mother deserves to be able to listen to their growing baby
App not working
I've usually had never had issues with this app and now its stating I'm not connected to internet which is untrue its been like this for two days I've tried internet my cellular data and nothing I can't even make a recording or view my other recordings and it always seems like my profile never existed.

Broken app
All of a sudden the app no longer works and we have lost all of our recordings
App doesn’t work
This app use to be great when I was pregnant with my first son two years ago. Since, all his heart beats that were saved have vanished and it won’t let me record new baby because of “server error”
**update tried again a few months later** it is now giving me an error code social signing error and won’t allow me to sign in. I’ve had an account since 2022 and have used it since. This app is trash.

Server Down
I downloaded this app in hopes of connecting it with my Doppler device. The app does not connect with the server, the device doesn’t work. I can’t create a baby profile and I can’t validate the app or connect it with the device even though that’s why i bought it. I think i will return it since this is so defective. Very disappointing.

Can’t even use it. Server is always down.
Would love to give more
So I have downloaded this app three times and every time I try to use it, it says the server is down for maintenance. OK this has been over the course of a month your servers down every day for a month for maintenance. I think there’s a problem. This has the best reviewed of all this type of app and I can’t get onto use it and I’m very frustrated. I would love to change my rating but I also want an explanation as to why it isn’t working.

Server Connection Error
The reason I bought this Doppler was because of the app, I’ve had the Doppler for a week and the app hasn’t worked since I got it. Fix it please!
Can’t connect to server
Every time I try to do ANYTHING, I get a message that says it cannot connect to server, it’s under maintenance, try again later 😭
Unimpressed
Have tried to use the app several times now over the span of several weeks. I can’t create a profile, or a baby profile, the dashboard NEVER loads. I’m always getting error messages saying the app isn’t working or that’s it’s down for maintenance. Literally every time I try to use it, it’s “down for maintenance “. Hard to believe.

No service no support
Don’t know why this app has such high stars. I have downloaded this app for the last 1 month, reinstalled it multiple times but all I get it server connection error. The acct I created with the app is not even sync’s with their website. It’s already a terrible experience and I haven’t even had chance to use the app for what it can provide.

Can’t get app to work.
App has literally only been functional once in five weeks I’ve had the Doppler. It keeps crashing and saying there’s some server error. I’ve already contacted support and they told me it was a 72hour issue four weeks ago. Not sure why we got this Doppler if the app isn’t going to work. That was half the reason we got it. Super frustrating.

Issues with App
I loved this app so much when I first got it. Now, for about a week, my app will not load anything and says “Server Connection Error.” I messaged support twice and got no response. I’m upset because we had been recording baby’s heartbeat every week and now it no longer works.

Don’t waste your time
I downloaded and created and account and verified my email I signed up with. Than went to go on the app and listen to my unborn babies heart and it wouldn’t load anything even the dashboard. Well onto the next app.
Works until it doesn’t
I’ve loved this app so much over the last several weeks, it worked great with my Sonoline B Doppler until suddenly it has “calculation errors” with the heart rate and won’t let me send them anymore because of that. I’ve done all the things, restarting the app, uninstalling and re downloaded, restarting my phone, making sure the app was updated - nothing fixes the issues. I’ve emailed support and hope for a response because it’s frustrating to have it work until it doesn’t.

App never works
I hate this app so much it never works
Great app for tracking HR
This app is fantastic and keeps my baby’s heartrate saved so I can monitor and track the beats per minute. Only flaw or suggestion to the developers is when I’m recording the sound from my phone on the Doppler, a lot of times it says error and doesn’t save. The sound is very clear so it takes em about 5-6 tries before the app will successfully save and calculate a heartrate. Just a suggestion I’m not sure if it’s something I’m doing wrong but the sound is clear on the Doppler and the phone isn’t too close or too far from the appliance, and the error occurs. Thank you!!
