My app ain’t working
Doesn’t work
I have deleted and reloaded this app 6 times. I can’t get past the Home Screen. None of the links react to my touch.
Not working
Will open the app but it won’t scroll or allow me to see anything but the initial page
Babyliss lost my clippers won’t replace
So I ordered a pair of clippers several months ago and have been loving them and using them every day. Recently I had to get them repaired, at first the company didn’t want to repair them because I had needed them serviced before. Franco Pirri was the one handling my claim after I spoke with the customer service agent about the issue and I was able to get him to check out my clippers after he accidentally in reply all (he meant to just email the customer service agent) in an email where he wasn’t wanting to fix them. Long story short I sent them back they fixed them very quickly no problem. However I noticed on the tracking they sent it to my old address (I have since moved an hour away from original when ordered) not the updated one that I had given them on the phone which the phone customer service agent was wonderful and wrote down and repeated my new address to make sure it was correct. Upon emailing Franco back directly about this his resolution was to have me get the residents of the new place to ship them back to him and then they will reship it to the proper address. I responded saying I don’t know who they are nor have any contact information for them so not sure how I’m gonna do that and at that point Franco ghosted me and stopped replying to my emails. Now I’m left with no clippers and no resolution on how to get my clippers back. Poor communication on the company’s end and now I’m left without my favorite tool. I’ll probably be switching over to Oster products after this experience.
