They used to give tickets in the app and now they don’t anymore
Babylon coin reduce in games
I have been playing babylon online games to collect coins which is really fun and another way to collect some coins. But today when i went to play the coins been reduced to only 1 coin also made the level harder, more points needed to get that 1 coin. I think it’s waste of time to stay on games for so long just to get 1 coins. If only the game was a little harder but the coins were same like before it would still make sense. Like this i dont agree.

NFC broken/confusing
App gets into some broken mode where it tries to get you to scan with NFC which then doesn’t with causing incredible frustration. A lot of the equipment broken and dirty. Good idea, terrible execution. Installing the app does give you a free few games though, if you can get working.
Falling apart
Half of the machines are broken, the app is broken as it doesn’t let you pay, the hole thing is falling apart.

The app is okay but most of the online games where you can win tickets every time you actually win tickets the app freezes & you dont get the tickets you won
App is working
I went to Babylon park today. I read all the reviews and didn’t download the app. However when I got there, the host told me it is working and you get more free coins when you use the app. So I downloaded it and had no issue using it at all. Still got some coins left so will be going there again! It was so easy to buy the packages and use them.

Waste of time
Doesn’t load, you have no mobile coverage downstairs and the Wi-Fi is terrible so the app fails to load most of the time.

Doesn’t open, gets stuck on the loading screen every time. I’ve tried reinstalling a few times but I encounter the same issue.

I was convinced to download the app by the staff member who told me I’d get some free rides.
I didn’t.
I went downstairs and the staff member says that it might give me free rides if I buy the coins.
I buy coins. Doesn’t show up in app.
I try again.
This time it works, but has taken twice as much money from my account.
A week on and I’ve not been refunded.

Notification spam
App spams me with daily ads via push notifications when I haven't opened it in months. Uninstalled
Can’t sign in
Got a new phone, tried to sign in and it says application start up error. Uninstalled reinstalled still the same. Support don’t respond, don’t go here it’s a scam
Scam and the app isn’t even good
If you walk around camden theyll give you a ticket to “play a game for free” which prompted us to go to the venue, however the token is for playing a videogame on the app, the app’s user interface is not good and overall a waste of time and negative experience
