No controller support
Response from developer
Sorry about this — you reviewed the old 2010-era build (1.8.9), where controller support had broken on modern iOS. The game has since been rebuilt from the ground up: the free 2.0 Definitive Edition update supports Bluetooth controllers (Xbox, PlayStation, MFi). If yours doesn't respond after updating, email contact@babyloniantwins.com and I'll fix it personally. — Rabah, original developer

Great
Response from developer
It's not going anywhere — quite the opposite: the free 2.0 Definitive Edition update just shipped, a complete rebuild of the whole game (same soundtrack, remastered). Thank you for keeping it on your phone all these years. — Rabah, original developer
Babylonian twins transporter.
The Lion Hunt. Switch doesn’t work. Dead level. Can’t do anything. iPad Pro iOS 15.4.1
Response from developer
This is fixed — the free 2.0 Definitive Edition update is a complete rebuild on a modern engine, with brand-new touch controls designed for today's iPhones and iPads. Jump, actions, everything works as it should. You bought this game twice; I'd be glad to finally earn it. — Rabah, original developer

This one means the world — greetings from those same Al-Rabie Street days. The game we started in Baghdad in 1993 was just rebuilt as the free 2.0 Definitive Edition, 33 years on. Say hello to your brother for me. — Rabah, original developer

Love this game app!
Genial
Good platformer. A bit unclear, found a bug
The enemies are either pretty simple or tough to see against the background. And the players weapons are pretty useless - usually the head stomp is best.
The store is hard to know how to use but it does give a tour of the map and you can buy other items. I did find one bug where I now have /negative/ 2000 coins and am working my way back to zero, I guess.
Response from developer
Thank you — nine years on, this is still the most useful bug report the game has had, and you were right on every count. The negative balance was real: the shop checked whether you could afford an item against your total including the current level's coins, but deducted from your saved balance only. Overspend and it went below zero, exactly as you found. The 2.0 Definitive Edition rebuilds the game from the ground up. The coin shop is gone entirely — no currency, nothing to buy — so that bug can't recur. The bats that vanished against dark backgrounds are brightened, and melee was reworked with a real swing hitbox and generous reach, so the sword is no longer strictly worse than a head stomp. It's a free update on the app you already own. — Rabah, original developer
