Horrible customer service
Really bad customer service, the products don’t match the description and when you try to return it, the live chat agent is rude and lies so much. And they cancel orders without fully refunding the amount… horrible service never again…

The worst experience-commerce experience ever I had, I have ordered baby crib and scheduled delivery as it’s mentioned that including assembling, and without even informing me they just left at my door in different day while I’m not at home, and when I checked it’s wrong color product not what I ordered it’s been a week since I send email call customer service to solve issues which I get answer they will review within 48 hours but no response, very disappointed and frustrated it was the first and the last time I ever buy from them!

I placed an order for a baby stroller on March 25th, but it’s now April 3rd, and I still haven’t received it. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support through social media, I have not received any clear update on my order status or delivery time. This lack of communication is really disappointing. I trusted this store for my baby’s needs, but this experience has been frustrating and a waste of my valuable time. I hope they improve their service and customer support.

Worst Ecommerce Ever
This has been the worst e-commerce experience I’ve ever had.
First, when I placed my order, I updated my address and set it as the default. However, in the order confirmation, my previous address was listed. Thinking I might have made a mistake, I called customer service and provided them with my new address, asking them not to deliver to the old one. They confirmed that they would update the system.
Despite this, I later received a message that my parcel was delivered—to the wrong address. I requested a refund, asking them to collect the item from where it was delivered by mistake. When the delivery person arrived, they called me saying the package had my name on it, but the order number didn’t match. As a result, they refused to pick it up.
I called customer service again, for the fifth time at this point, and when I asked them to check the status, the agent wasn’t even aware of my address update request!
Their service and communication are terrible. This is by far the worst e-commerce experience I’ve had.

Customer support are doing nothing
It’s been a month since I raised my complain about your very low quality stroller, I went to your store that rejected to take the item and referred me to the app/website, so I did that, and for almost a month nothing has happened except useless and typical customer service emails as we are sorting out this the soonest - the earliest bla bla bla, guys no one is doing anything, and I’m disappointed and frustrated

Next day delivery is fake!!! Customer service will pretend that they cannot hear you!

Worst experience
I ordered a baby ride on car from Baby Shop app, but after weeks of waiting and unfulfilled promises, I was forced to cancel my order due to a problem on their end. However, it's been over 10 working days since I canceled the order, and I have yet to receive my refund. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. I urge others to be cautious when purchasing from this app, as their customer service and order fulfillment are severely lacking.

Buying online is not recommended
I purchased one travel bed , and quality was very bad , next day I installed the bed and zipper went broken , I requested to return the bed since 10 days till now no replay and call center keep telling me to wait !! 2nd : I put some items in my basket to buy only after one hour I was about to buy they increased the price !! This shop is totally a Mess!!! Avoid , Landmark went so greedy !!
