About

One wake-up time. Your child's whole day. BabyTimeTable turns this morning's wake-up time into a complete, age-appropriate day: naps, meals, snacks and bedtime, laid out hour by hour. No tracking, no logging, no guesswork — just today's plan, ready before breakfast. BUILT FOR MORE THAN ONE CHILD Add every child in the family and switch between them from the title bar. The combined view puts everyone's day on one timeline and answers the two questions that actually matter when you have two under four: • when everybody is resting at the same time — your window • when two of them will need you at once FROM NEWBORN TO FOUR YEARS Twelve age stages, from 0–2 months to three-and-a-half years and up. The rhythm shifts as your child does: naps shorten, the morning nap disappears, the afternoon nap becomes optional, and finally quiet time replaces it and bedtime moves earlier. Each stage tells you what is changing and why. THE AWAKE WINDOW For toddlers on one nap, start the timer when they get up and watch the countdown to nap time on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. No need to open the app. SHARE THE DAY Export any day — one child or the whole family — as a clean PDF for daycare, grandparents or a babysitter. GROUNDED IN GUIDANCE The routines follow the Dutch "Slaapgids" example schedules, cross-checked against published sleep research on nap length and on when children stop napping. MADE WITH CARE • Full VoiceOver support and Dynamic Type • Light and dark mode • Ten languages • No account, no tracking, no ads — your data stays on your device

MORE THAN ONE CHILD Add every child in the family and switch between them straight from the title bar. THE COMBINED DAY See everyone's schedule on a single timeline, with the window where they are all resting and a warning when two of them will need you at the same time. TWO TO FOUR YEARS, PROPERLY The 2–4 year range is now four separate stages. The nap shortens, becomes optional, and is finally replaced by quiet time — with bedtime moving earlier as it goes. Each stage explains what is changing. DARK MODE The whole app now follows your system appearance, including high-contrast settings. Also: broader VoiceOver and Dynamic Type support, and a fix for a missing icon on bread-based meals.
