About
BabyTrack+ is a baby log for feeds, solids, diapers, sleep, and growth. It works offline on one phone with no account, and WHO growth charts sit next to the daily totals.
WHAT YOU TRACK
Breast timer with left and right sides. Bottle amounts in ml or oz. Solids by food. Wet, dirty, or both. Sleep stretches. Pump sessions with amount, duration, and side. Voice logging: say what happened and the form fills in. Stats show daily sleep, day and night, naps, and the longest stretch.
SOLIDS AND ALLERGENS
Pick from 110 first foods or type your own, then note how much went in: tasted, some, most, or all. A reaction is logged against the food that caused it. The allergen list covers milk, egg, peanut, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, and sesame, and follows NHS guidance: one new allergen at a time, then about once a week to keep it in the diet. Foods that need care, such as honey before 12 months or whole grapes, are flagged when you pick them. Milk feeds and solids stay separate in the totals, since milk is still the main food in the first year. From 6 months, Today suggests a good time for solids: after a milk feed, before your baby gets too hungry or tired.
YOUR BABY, YOUR LIST
Turn Breastfeeding and Solids on or off for each baby. The add form and Apple Watch show only what you log. After two quiet weeks without a breastfeed, BabyTrack+ asks whether to hide it. From 5 months, it asks whether you have started solids.
GROWTH
Plot weight, length, and head circumference on WHO growth charts, see the percentile for each measurement, and share the history with your pediatrician.
ON IPHONE
Log from Apple Watch, including the breast timer when both hands are full. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show time since the last feed or change and follow the list you chose. Ask Siri to log a feed, a diaper, or a sleep stretch.
TWO PHONES
Plus syncs the same board to a second phone, including entries logged on the Watch. The person you invite stays on Free. One Plus subscription covers the household.
Free: one baby, offline, with solids, Watch, widgets, and Siri on iPhone.
Plus: cloud backup, a second phone, unlimited babies, a PDF report for your pediatrician, 4-week sleep trends, and the solids timing after its free week.
BabyTrack+ is a log, not medical advice. Talk to your pediatrician about feeding and growth.

What's New in BabyTrack+
1.3.2
October 28, 2026
New in 1.3.2: - Breastfeeding: the add form and the timer now suggest which side to start on, based on where the last feed ended. - If you log five or more types, the buttons in the add form sit in two rows, so their names fit. - Tap the "Good time for solids" card on Today to see how today's window is worked out and the Solid Starts feeding schedules it follows. - Bug fixes and improvements.
