About
BabyTrack+ is a baby log for feeds, solids, diapers, sleep, and growth. It works offline on one phone with no account, and WHO growth charts sit next to the daily totals.
WHAT YOU TRACK
Breast timer with left and right sides. Bottle amounts in ml or oz. Solids by food. Wet, dirty, or both. Sleep stretches. Pump sessions. Voice logging on the device.
SOLIDS AND ALLERGENS
Pick from 110 first foods or type your own, then note how much went in: tasted, some, most, or all. A reaction is logged against the food that caused it. The allergen list covers milk, egg, peanut, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, and sesame, and follows NHS guidance: one new allergen at a time, then about once a week to keep it in the diet. Foods that need care, such as honey before 12 months or whole grapes, are flagged when you pick them. Milk feeds and solids stay separate in the totals, since milk is still the main food in the first year.
YOUR BABY, YOUR LIST
Turn Breastfeeding and Solids on or off for each baby. The add form and Apple Watch show only what you log. After two quiet weeks without a breastfeed, BabyTrack+ asks whether to hide it. From 5 months, it asks whether you have started solids.
GROWTH
Plot weight, length, and head on WHO curves and show your pediatrician a clear snapshot.
ON IPHONE
Log from Apple Watch, including the breast timer when both hands are full. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show time since the last feed or change and follow the list you chose. Ask Siri to log a feed, a diaper, or a sleep stretch.
TWO PHONES
Plus syncs the same board to a second phone, including entries logged on the Watch. The person you invite stays on Free. One Plus subscription covers the household.
Free: one baby, offline, with solids, Watch, widgets, and Siri on iPhone.
Plus: cloud backup, a second phone, unlimited babies.
BabyTrack+ is a log, not medical advice. Talk to your pediatrician about feeding and growth.
