Coin purchase

I purchased coins 3 times back to back because every time I purchase it will say purchase complete them immediately read payment failed so I made 3 attempts not knowing that even though it said payments failed, it was still charging my card . When I go to Home Screen for contact information and I hit the contact button I makes me leave to game then I have to sign back in . I need a contact number to be refunded for coin purchase that was not added to my account. I don’t recommend this game at all
