Hello, apologies that you had a bad experience. We have increased the starting balance to 35. Currently you can also purchase coins. In addition, we are in the process of adding other ways of receiving free coins which should be available on our next update. Regarding your issue with bet timing while watching a reward ad, this is normal in a multiplayer game since we can’t stop other players from playing while you are watching an ad. If you have any suggestions on how to circumvent this issue, please let us know. We will try to come up with a solution for that issue.
