I love this game, I love this app, but when showing my daughter how to play, these AI porn simulators where the helpless half naked woman needs help.... Sorry but that's just inappropriate for games such as this. Do better guys.

I have noticed that the opponent when they have moved to do, it doesn’t do it ,stops and it doesn’t help you to win the game. It is fixed game that makes you to loos even though you’re very good on it,

Frustrated
The games are so rigged; the computer rolls all the correct numbers needed for each game, and only rolls small numbers for the human and rarely rolls the numbers needed to take out an opponents open pieces. I’ve deleted this game before because it’s so rigged; I may be doing that again very soon.

It’s amazing how often your opponent gets doubles which gives them a huge advantage and then also comes up with perfect rolls to help their situation. It’s a terrible game if you want something “fair” but the ratio of double rolls is waaaaaaaaay lopsided.

Too many ads and increasing
I love this game and have been playing for ages which I have thoroughly enjoyed and would ideally like to continue but the ads have become impossible. At first the ads were manageable but as time has gone on they have ruined the game. This morning an ad played, I took my turn and then another ad came on so I closed the game down and was tempted to hit delete but instead I decided to write my first ever review to tell you how disappointing this is and to hear your feedback.

Why?
At least the adverts don’t ruin it completely. The game cheats, it’s the only way it can win. Rather then making it harder, it just gives itself doubles to win, ALWAYS throwing the right number to come back on, always a double six for you when you can’t use it, unfair numbers of doubles, it gets a double every time you do etc.
Annoying rather then anything as you have to go through the whole game, even after you’ve watched it (for the umpteenth time) throw perfect dice to come back on and take you off.
Better than some I’ve played but utterly pointless if you actually want a fair game of backgammon.

Rigged
This game is wrecked up to a point of being predictable by me. Not worth playing. it is a simple Backgammon game yet it’s full of ads, ads in middle of your game multiple times, so lame.
Rolls not so Random
Enjoyable to a point. You begin to notice and predict the computers roll. And it’s not just bad luck. When you can predict what the computer will roll then it takes the fun out of it.
Cheats so much!
Every update makes it more obvious that the game decides it will win before the game even starts. Originally, I could win often (I’m an avid player) then I could only win my doubling if I was 30 pips ahead. Now it doesn’t matter. The game gets EXACTLY THE COMBINATION IT NEEDS. Doesn’t matter how unlikely or impossible. If I don’t double as soon as I’m ahead, I will lose to the games unethical advantage. Beyond that, it’s OBVIOUS that none of the creators know backgammon rules or scoring.

As others have reviewed this game is rigged and never lets you win. I have played backgammon my entire life but can never win in this app. It’s infuriating and clearly AI trash. Also it didn’t used to be this bad! It’s gotten worse in the last few years.
I hope the developers of this game never win a round of backgammon for the rest of their lives. Don’t mess with this AI TRASH. Let’s all get off our phones.

Can’t select difficulty level
I had been play for many months and had ability to select difficulty level. Then that option disappeared. My friend on same version still has that option. The support team said features are rolled out to users at different times which makes no sense since we are on same version. I’m stuck in easy mode and it’s super boring.

Too many ads
I play many games from this publisher. This one is frustrating with ads. Every 2-ish minutes. if you decide to make coffee or answer a text, you may play a single turn between 2 ads.
Questionable dice odds
The dice odds are almost definitely not random. The computer and the “online player” often times get the exact roll they need and FAR MORE doubles than you do. It is one thing if it happens on occasion, but repeatedly makes it extremely suspicious. The game is otherwise nicely designed and smooth, UI is nice. But truly, the dice odds are not random, so don’t feel frustrated if you feel that you are not winning!
