Easily the best backgammon app
Great online, no ads, easy play, best interface. This one is king and I’ve tried a few.
Good choice of machine based opps. But……
Some have less obvious cheating. However, latest iPad update broke the dice roll for human players on AI5 Opponent.
Crap
First game I played,on medium level, every roll by the computer put me on the bar - and each time I had two pieces exposed it barred both.
Did I happen to mention ‘every roll’.

Glitch
Been playing for years snd today, the game cuts out part way through a game. Tried turning phone back on but the same thing occurs over and over. After many 1000s of points I am very upset that I may have to delete the app and find another game, starting at zero!!
Gutes Backgammon ohne Werbung
Solche Backgammons gibt‘s nicht viele - keine Werbung, anständiges UI, und eine AI, die den Namen verdient. Mit den Top-Backgammons wie XG oder True BG kann sie nicht mithalten, aber die neuronalen Netze auf den höchsten Levels spielen ein sehr anständiges Backgammon.
Leider fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten - ein Tutor, die erklärt, wo man gepatzt hat und die Crawford-Regel. Aber es macht Spaß, dagegen zu spielen. Und wenn man selbst gut Backgammon kann, gewinnt man auch gerne mal dagegen. Betrügen tut die App nicht (tatsächlich hatte ich den Eindruck sie würfelt eher unglücklich für sich).

A total waste
At first it seemed to be equal in what was happening. Then everything changed as I began to make noticeably better decisions that my appointments. Shortly afterwards you could tell the designers of this game control who wins and loses.
Best for finding online playes
Love the different levels of players you can find online and how they keep it simple. It’s like playing with someone in real-time and face to face. Also the levels offline are hard
Too cumbersome to play
Suggestions to improve the game:
1. Should simply allow tapping of the piece to move to desired spot automatically, and no need to count each spot as the piece moves along board.
2. Simple roll of dice without need to tap again to stop the roll
3. Widen the board to take up entire screen.

Nice but has flaws
Nice ad free app. Chat crashes or locks up game for me on IPad so I have to,switch it off, which is a shame.
The dice throws are sometimes a bit too convenient if you play unconventionally. Not as bad as some of the other so called random dice apps though

Don’t waste your time
Came back to this game because of boredom and tried it again. I was pleasantly surprised to find more fair dice rolls and realistic play......for a while. As I continued to play and win, AI got luckier and luckier. So I stand by my original review.
A soul sucking game of ridiculous manipulation. You will tire very quickly of the AI’s manipulations to dice rolls, always able to roll exactly what ‘s necessary to hit ALL open pips but rarely allowing you to hit anything. You will want to abuse someone, anyone after playing an hour! Without a doubt, the worst backgammon choice out there.

Nice app except there are a number of players online that I cannot invite to play. This includes a neighbor who only signed up to Backgammon Reload a few days ago.

Unfortunately having to change my review to 1 star
I had this out rated as a five store but I'm fortunately of having to change my review. There are users who have been able to figure out how to manipulate the system to give them advantageous rolls. They can set up the system so it times out and you automatically lose the game. I've complained about this and ever since complaining, I have not won a single match. It seems that since I complained, I'm being penalized and my opponents now ALWAYS get the correct parole and I never get the rolls that I was getting previously. Very unfortunate
