Dice roll not random
App uses dice rolls to adjust difficulty level, rolls are not random. Very irritating. App does have decent interface
Upside down
I have played this for a while on two iPad versions. After every game it reappears upside down and have to rotate the ipad back and forth to correct. Irritating.
Pretty bad
Uninstalling after playing two games on my iphone. This app consistently freezes and requires a restart if you accidentally touch and drag the top of the screen as you select a chip.
Backgammon V+
I love this game and purchased several years ago because I don’t want to see ads. Suddenly an ad banner is constantly running on the bottom of my screen. Why pay for it if I have to have to put up with distracting ads anyway?

Update August 14, 2019: New upgrade yesterday and now I cannot open the app which I have purchased. My iPad's iOS is updated, I depleted and reinstalled 3 times but still cannot open the game! I play Backgammon several times a day so this is disappointing.
Also, I cannot find how to contact support!!
Update 02/24/18: A new ad started today that makes to game lock up. It's Spectrum! Cannot play the game. Ads should be tested before placed in the games.
Would be a good game but the game stalls on EVERY move. I just did a reinstall and restarted my device but that make it WORSE! Update 02/14/18: The game was updated and helped fix this problem.

Lost it’s mojo
I do like the game but it keeps locking up and freezing on my iPad. This forces me to delete the file and redownload it. I’m on my third go round and it’s getting old. The game itself is pretty good which is why I come back.but it does not run well in this version.
Lucky
Computer seems to be a little too lucky some times getting what it needs or a couple sets of doubles too often but I still play and enjoy quite often. Sometimes it has become obvious the AI will set you up and roll combo's that are consistently just too improbable.
Cheats
I was clearly winning and the computer gave itself 3 sets of doubles, I never got one set of doubles!

Ruined a good thing
First and foremost, it deleted my stats. Argh. The update is not user friendly. It seems that every time I want to start a game, it defaults to opening Google Accounts sign in. Closing google accounts a few times eventually lets you play with the choice of playing against the computer or yourself. The tool bar format is awful. You cannot hide the hints, last move or board & piece colors. It is not easy to navigate something simple such as expert vs intermediate game, quit, new game, etc. The only plus
is its considerably faster. Too bad they didn't leave the format of the old version the same and just add speed. I will be deleting the app. Serious players are not into the cutesie fluff they added.

Backgammon v
I am a long time user of this game. I love backgammon. However, recently there has been some kind of glitch come up. Almost every other game, once it is finished and you proceed to start a new one the screen stays the same and does not restart. Even if you forfeit the game and restart again it still stays the same. The only thing that appears to work is deleting the game entirely and re-adding it. That is most annoying. Please fix.

This is a nice game, however, the app gives itself the correct number of moves 90% of the time to oust my pip, as well as receiving more doubles when bearing off so that it might win. It does not accept doubling when it knows it will lose. Otherwise this app functions nicely.

This is the best for the money I have come across.
I play fast so it works for me but I do think that the computers moves could be slower for the different levels of expertise. Hard to see what the move was it's so fast.

Plays well until...
A good game till it comes to Drawing Off the computer's pieces. The computer moves pieces instead of removing them. Fix that and I will be back.

Fast game spoilt by the computer constantly gets doubles when it losing.
The new ads have ruined the game
This was a great app, until the last update. Now the ads cover the board, so you can't see the board. I have deleted this app.
Not bad (now terrible)
But the computer always seems to get the perfect roll at the perfect time with tons of doubles. The ads that now pop up while playing are so obnoxious, I am deleting this app. How are we supposed to play when an add covers the pieces?
