The app crashes when I load it. The IOS is updated. The iPad has been completely rebooted. The program has been deleated and reinstalled and is up to date. There is plenty of memory. It works fine on my iPhone, but transferring between devices is tedious. The app SHOULD work correctly. No response to this message in about 3/4 year.

Exceptional App, However It Crashes
I’m absolutely in love with this app; the one-time payment price is extremely reasonable, and now I can make as many cutouts as I’d like. It is refreshing after seeing so many other editing apps require a subscription.
My only complaint is that for some reason, the app crashes after a short period of time. Fortunately, leaves me enough time to make a cutout, but it would be nice of this bug could be remedied.
Other than that, this is an amazing app that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys photo editing!

Won’t work at all
I have been using BG eraser for a year successfully, now suddenly it won’t even open, although I am a paid subscriber. I have deleted and reinstalled it several times but it only comes onto the screen for an instant then closes.
I can’t find anywhere to access information or help to fix this.

This app is excellent and easy to use. However, as of late it seems like I’m unable to use it? Second I open a photo to start cutting out something the app just crashes 😢!

What on the planet and lifetime just happened..? I walked out of the back having just perfected how to build a fire rubbing sticks together and handed a microwave. All of this on my phone. I know those are words but I don't how else to explain. I'm going to go back into the app and grab my cut out. We have places to go. Thank you so very much.

It’s been given an error message it’s failed to remove the background lately , I paid for the full year price , I wonder if they ever fix it
