Only 6 sounds were free… and they weren’t calming sounds

I already use the Calm app and they have plenty of calming sounds I can listen to for free all night long. This app doesn’t mention here that only 6 sounds are free in the app, and the free sounds are not calming to me… I mean barnyard animals? Not relaxing for me personally. The other 5 free sounds are just as cringeworthy as barnyard animals to me. I really dislike it when here on the App Store an app isn’t transparent with their marketing and fails to mention that you MUST PAY FOR THE 100+ “calming” sounds. Not worth it at all. Try Calm app. They have a lot more to offer than just sounds to fall asleep to that you MUST PAY FOR, as is the case with this cheaply made app. What a waste of time.

A Must Have

Great for toddlers and babies! Options that keep them asleep and are easily modified for your comfort as well.

Perfect ambient noise generator for my sleep!

For years we have been using a blocky white noise machine for ambient noise while we slept. But it would lose its power after a couple years and not really get loud or crisp enough to do the job.

Also we travel a lot and lugging this brick around in our luggage was just not fun.

This app is so simple and clean and between all the various sounds and options we have been able to experiment and find the perfect sounds to mask our sleep. Pink Noise is my favorite but Ocean Waves or Crackling Fire have been great organic options.

Do Not Disturb mode worked well but now that they updated it so it works on Airplane mode, it’s perfect!
