You don't necessarily get what you pay for.

I paid to receive all backgrounds and was left with limited to my choices.

Kind of unnecessary

You can import any content from your own photos and videos, or from the internet, into zoom without needing this app.

Deceiving

The view of this app before downloading is misleading. It does not provide you backgrounds. It provides you additional links to purchase the backgrounds. No as indicated.

FAQ

What is this app for?

This app provides a wide variety of professionally designed virtual backgrounds that you can use for video conferences, webinars, and other digital meetings. It allows you to easily change your backdrop to make your calls more interesting and attractive, or to conceal your personal surroundings.

What kind of backgrounds are available?

The app offers a great variety of backgrounds, including themes for specific professions like teachers, scientists, and designers, as well as general categories such as nature, food, and holidays. There are also high-quality backgrounds suitable for general conferences or children's video chats.

Is this app free to use?

The application is free to download and use, but it does offer in-app purchases and may display advertisements. You can access a selection of backgrounds for free, with additional options or features potentially available through purchases.

Can I use these backgrounds for platforms other than Zoom?

While the app is designed with Zoom in mind, the virtual backgrounds are essentially image files. You can typically download these images and use them with other video conferencing platforms that support custom virtual backgrounds, such as Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.

Why would I use a virtual background?

Virtual backgrounds can be used for several reasons. They can enhance the visual design of your conference, making it more engaging. They are also useful if you do not have a suitable wall behind you, or if you are in a public place and do not wish to show your surroundings. Additionally, they can help maintain privacy by not sharing details of your home environment.
