I have noticed a real drop in the quality of this game over the past year. It’s pretty glitchy, and there used to be more music, better descriptions, and varied jobs and tasks. I do enjoy the new cities, but I would like to see it go back to the way it was when it was better supported by its creators. Also, there are too many sports questions.

Great game but glitchy
I really love this game, and enjoy the regular updates but the game is glitchy as hell. For instance some cities I have found at the end of every day I have to restart the game but I lose nothing, it just takes longer to reset each day. Other issues are that I'll buy at the shops and I get annertor stating that there is an error and it's not in my inventory. But it shows that I have completed a task I am buying an item for. It is glitchy and sometimes gets on my nerves but overall it's a great game that while I wish they would fix the issues, they aren't enough to make me not want to play. I wish what is needed for other cities was identified someway so that I don't waste money traveling back and forth. Also in a few cities you have to earn so many coins to complete a level it seems impossible I wish different goals were establishes. It is educational and I have learned a lot culturally through this game and this is the biggest draw to the game for me.

Game is rigged in contests
The game stops counting my jobs completed / questions answered with 3 hours to go in contests, but keeps counting the other competitors.
Don’t bother
Asks the same 8-10 questions over and over again, has annoying animations in TIMED games so that you cannot finish in 45 sec and you have to buy more time, and shows 3 minute ads for a 45sec game. Deleted.
Will change to five stars if this problem is fixed…
I’ve been playing this game for years and have never had many complaints. My only issue has been the fact that it’s sometimes taken a year or longer to add new cities/content and thus, I’ve almost deleted it (thinking it was no longer being updated and having completed every task and all three monuments for every city).
But after the update with - I believe five new cities? - let’s see - Manchester, Munich, Liverpool, Vienna, and the city in Greenland, I believe? I was incredibly excited. I played for about a week and finished Manchester and Liverpool, had started on Vienna, when suddenly, the app kept saying “connection lost” and I needed to restart the app. If this happened even just once or twice while playing for an hour or two, it would be slightly annoying but tolerable.
However, it’s happening after I answer just 3-4 questions (and often when I have to spend the night in a hotel to regain energy). It makes no sense because my connection is fine. It’s not saying this on any other app. I even tried turning WiFi off, putting it on airplane mode- nothing worked. I can’t play a game and answer 150 questions correctly if I keep getting booted out every thirty seconds.
It’s even worse when it gives me the “connection failed” message while I’m in the middle of completing certain tasks in order to get rewards (like “stay in a five-star hotel for 7 nights”) … then takes my coins, kicks me out of the app, and doesn’t count it toward the goal number. The absolute worst if you had just spent a lot of tickets on a monument, only to be kicked out on the eighth question.
I truly love this game and, in the past, have been happy to pay for it. But until the issue gets fixed with my supposedly “poor connection”, I’m unable to play the game and therefore not going to get a subscription to it, since I can’t make use of it. Please fix this 🙏🏼 it’s a 5 star game for sure, but only if you can actually play.

I used to love this game, but it has been ruined by making it difficult to earn tickets. It is now virtually impossible to play without purchasing extra tickets, which is such a shame as it was a wonderful game when I first started playing it years ago.

I have been playing for a long time and it’s been really fun! It’s a good game, except that competitions don’t really work. It works by answering questions and rising into leaderboards. But when I did that, IT NEVER COUNTED AS A QUESTION! HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO RISE THE LEADERBOARDS IF YOU CANT ANSWER QUESTIONS!? I deserve my promised rewards!

Game doesn’t give rewards that it is supposed to. You have the same questions over and over no matter where you are. Contacted support over missing items, read it and ignored me
Game changer - developers take note!!
I absolutely love this game. Besides the excellent graphics and music, there are so many different diplomas to earn, from ambassador to TV series expert, and it's free to play (no ads! A huge plus). It's great that you can spend as much time in each city as you want (I quickly left my own- too boring!). I’m learning so much, I feel as if I am equipping myself with knowledge for when I am able to travel again. Milestones and collectibles are a nice added touch. I have only travelled to 5 cities so far, as I like to spend time researching the sites to win the monuments! Since you can’t see what lies ahead, I hope you can visit lesser-known cities in addition to famous capitals.

Unfortunately, the framing of the question appears to align with a narrative that portrays the occupied nation as the aggressor, which is concerning.
Other than that, this game is probably the best I have ever played!

Great Game
Sets a challenge and lets you learn new and interesting facts. Yes like all trivia games it can get a little dated. Regardless computer games aren’t perfect and should not be expected to be. Still this game is both interesting and addictive. I’m embarrassed by what I don’t know..

Fun, educational, and I appreciate that you can answer questions without having to spend coins each time- makes for an optimal learning experience and keeps me engaged for longer.
A suggestion- it would be cool if you incorporated some pronunciations into the game, maybe in the diploma or the city questions. As a sole English speaker, I would like to know the correct pronunciation of landmarks, cities, etc. that use unfamiliar (to me) letter combos. This would also help me learn quicker. I found the names of places in Sweden, Norway, India, and Istanbul to be especially hard to pronounce and thus, remember.

Sorry but how come china has a bigger population than india? This is false information…. I just lost money because of that. I should get bonus money and tickets as a compensation.
Traffickers trash
Enabling others to have a traffickers mindset as if non consenting acts are an act of kindness . Cruel torturous traffickers!
Game in general is pretty good but
You can’t get your supposed free pass items because some weird paywall. Which makes them not free.
Frustrating
The app keeps freezing when you have gained a star. Keep having to switch phone off to reboot 🤔
Newbie here but the game, some things are bugged as heck
Cant get milestones achievements it’s completely blank. Was fine at first now it’s blank even though when I achieve something the page is blank. Also the stars won’t appear at all. It says I have 2 in London and nothing is showing.
