I tried 3 diff characters and they are all stuck in one situation, so repetitive.

Subscription problem

Hey the app is good but I had got a subscription and I had no intentions renewing the subscription so I tried canceling the subscription and yet it still charged me and I’m trying to do my part by trying to add my card so it can charge me or do a different payment method but nothing work so I wanted to ask y’all
if you could do anything if not that’s fine but I hope to fix this cause all my apps has to update and I can’t do it because of this problem

Because subscriptions and payments are handled by Apple, we can’t directly cancel the subscription, update your payment method, or issue a refund from our side. Please go to your Apple ID subscription settings to confirm the subscription status, and if you were charged after trying to cancel, you can request a refund directly through Apple Support. We hope it helps you resolve this.

Really fun ai chat app!

I’ve tried a lot of ai characters chat app, but Backstage feels different. The characters have unique personalities, the conversations are fun, and the scenarios make it easy to hooked. It’s also nice to see the app gradually improving with each update. Looking forward to what comes next!

Coherency and Context issues

I’m willing to stick around for a while as updates come(this app has good potential), but the looping responses, lack of coherency in responses, along with the low memory— even with the premium, is quite the issue. Therefore I will not be using the app until it is fixed.

So repetitive

This app needs MAJOR improvements. The same exact chat over and over and over for like thirty times and it wouldn’t advance to any other conversation or scene. I used up so many hearts and all it would do was go back to the same exact message it sent before. Plus I tried to add another person and the chat doesn’t actually shift to that person it stay on the main character. This app needs a lot of work.

Won’t stop looping

This had promise, but it keeps lopping over and over again. Same questions. Same scenarios. There is no progression.

So many diverse characters, all with unique personalities and interests. Super fun way to just honestly have someone to talk with whenever I’m bored

Repetitive Chats

This App has potential, but the AI bots are so repetitive in their texts. It’s like they just keep saying the same thing over and over again no matter what your response to them is. Please fix.

It’s a very good app I’ve used a lot of ai character app and they do work good but this is way better than any other app I do wish it was unlimited chat but you do have to pay for unlimited chat after all it’s a great app to use and I do like how explicit the chat could be it’s really nice I love this app🤞🏻❤️👍🏻 it’s amazing I hope more features will come soon 🔜 anyways do just take my word for it check it out yourself🫡😏

Repetitive

The bot kept repeating the same thing over and over before saying something new. Got old fast.

Honestly, I’ve tried a lot of different ai character apps and I ended up just deleting them afterwards because it got boring…but backstage, i’ve been literally on it every minute! The characters are so good and the flow of the scenarios is great! I do know that this is a pretty new app but so far they’ve really implemented the users feedback well! I’m excited to see how much upgrade this app will be getting! 😆
