Doesn’t work. I bought the lifetime version. I tried backing up photos from my phone to use on my laptop but they aren’t showing up. I contacted the company with no reply. I want a refund!

In our email, we also asked you to please connect your drive to your computer and check whether there is a folder named “Backup”.
