Incredible Game
Is a really fun game that has a lot of nostalgia. the personality of the players and commentators is great. The mobile controls can be a little challenging at times, but is overall useable. To kick penalties, you just have to drag the ball to the spot you want to kick it to and double click.

Game is practically unplayable because of how hard it is to control on mobile, you can choose between dribbling or passing, fix this game and is would be so much better

So whenever I kick the ball towards the top net, it always goes to the middle and the keeper always catches it. I wonder why I try and
try to keep going on, but for some reason, I always lose tournament matches whenever the most important because of the setting.

This game is so addictive to play and I’m a big fan of backyard sports so it’s a win win

wish the game was full screen
i loved this game as a kid and of course it’s nostalgic for the game to be in a square format for old pc games. but having the game remastered and created for the smart phone i feel like they could’ve made it fit the screen. have the controls so smushed into the center of the screen.
Please add more control options
The game looks so good and that it’s so much fun , but I think being a port of an old game it should have more control options since tap controls are not fun for everyone.

Great Classic, Poor Mobile Controls
Backyard Soccer ’98 has tons of nostalgia and charm, but the mobile controls really hold it back. It’s clearly a game that was originally designed for PC, and the touchscreen controls just don’t feel precise or responsive enough for a fast paced soccer game.
The characters, visuals, and overall vibe are still fun, but actually controlling the players on mobile can be frustrating at times. This feels more like a direct port than a game redesigned for mobile play.

Fix the penalty kicking mechanics PLEASE!!!!
The original PC version allowing users to aim at a particular part of the goal, not clicking on the ball itself.
