Pointless App
The location I go too won’t even scan your rewards anymore. There scanner broke or they just don’t know who to use it. So they ask for your phone number instead and takes like 10min to give it to them because they can’t understand the number through the drive through. Fix your rewards process. Or learn a thing or two from McDonald’s app.

Loyalty doesn't work
I used to use app all the time then my rewards disappeared and I can't sign back in. Has option to re link because they did update or something and just puts me through loops w out working. Please tell me how to fix. I've passed on your business because of it for the last 3-6 months maybe longer hope it's just me

Rewards don't work when using Apple
I can't access rewards for some reason. I'm logged in but to see rewards it makes you put in your email/password. I used apples thing that scrambles it and it won't let me access my rewards anymore. Then says technical problems when trying to create new password
Rewards don’t work on online orders
The whole point of having the app is to order ahead but by doing so I’m unable to use my points unless I’m physically at the restaurant- please fix
