Great for easy record keeping
Backyarder is perfect for keeping track of our flock of 9 hens! Clean simple layout has everything we need: egg tracking (with a convenient reminder notification), the diary for keeping records of health or broodiness either by individual hen or the flock as a whole is uncomplicated but very useful for varied needs. The customer support is awesome! App is well worth it!

Thorough, entertaining, and great STEM tool for kids
My 9yo daughter, 11yo son and I are using it to keep track of our 23-chicken flock in rural Maryland. We find it to be a fun way to record chickens’ physical attributes and personalities as well as egg production and expenses. Also, I love that they get to practice their math skills using real-world examples (charts, graphs about our animals) on this app. An entertaining, very useful app.
