Game can’t be completed

Fun game. Really nice graphics and game mechanics, however as you reach the final merged forms, they will begin to fill up all available spaces on the board until you are left with only a unique/standalone bacteria form in each space which means no more merging is possible. Stuck at 91% because of this.
