The accuracy of @BactLAB's colony counting depends on the input image quality. Images with resolutions below 800x1200 pixels, non-white backgrounds, colored media, viscous samples, food residues, or highly concentrated colonies may affect accuracy. The detection range is between 1–250 cfu/plate.
What types of CompactDry™ plates does @BactLAB support?
@BactLAB supports seven types of CompactDry™ plates: TC and TCR for General Bacteria, EC for E.coli/Coliforms, CF for Coliforms, and YM and YMR for Yeast/Fungus, and ECO for E.coli.
