Poor service and communication
I purchased a shirt through their website prior to July 4th. Understanding nothing would happen quickly as the holiday was a week away from my order date. However weeks went by and my order hadn’t moved from “order placed”. Upon emailing, I received a quick response email stating they don’t work holiday, and weekends are spent with their kids and families. And that processing takes X amount of days. Okay… waited another two weeks. Not including holiday or weekends. And nothing. Emailed again. And received the same automated response. It has now been over 31 days with my order still in the “order placed” and no actual communication on my order other than it might have gotten lost due to the storms,nothing about a refund or anything to make the situation right. I was very over excited about this company. And am just disappointed.
