Can’t really get into the game

so as soon as I get in the game the title screen appears and when I I tap the screen it goes blank and I don’t know what happened I tried to wave but I don’t think that will be easy

Big Fan of Mr. Hopps.

I’m love this game so far, I’m having a great time playing. However I’m having a bit of a problem adjusting to the side of the joystick, if you could make an option to change which side the joystick is on, that would be great!
