Terrible Experience from Start to Finish
They collect past due balances on rentals and put the money in their pocket. They donāt pay the owners. Theyāre fees are way too high for renters. The insurance protection is terrible. The technology is trash. The customer support doesnāt exist. Itās a jokeā¦
This app is TRASH! š¤®š¤®š¤®
Baddour needs to get their app and their process TOGETHER . i recommend hyrecar before i recommend this app . Requirements are way too unnecessary to just RENT A CAR . what you donāt want my money ? so i can make money to give you more money ??! if you afraid to take this cash then say that . Issues I have with app: 1. where are your rules and requirements in the app ??? 2. you take someoneās money even if you feel like they donāt qualify so why not block my payments? 3. there are NOT that many cars . they are under 2013 & hideous with high mileage and no upgrades 4. once you book your car youāre supposed to hear back from owners , no one ever does . had to go through my bank to get them to give my money back 5. the weekly cost of the car is NOT the actual amount you will pay itās usually more so itās a lie . car will say ā$32/dayā and wind up being $66 per day . on most car rentals , insurance is maybe $15-20/ day . so how is my total $66 ( it has to be fees added because taxes are an extra 8-10)
my story: i saw this app and downloaded it the first time . connected my rideshare account everything was fine . i went to secure a car and didnāt hear from ANYONE not baddour or the owner . so i called my bank to get my funds back . after that i deleted the app . i was like let me try again , so i redownloaded the app and connected my shoppers app and was told it didnāt qualify . then i tried to reconnect my rideshare app and was told that too did not qualify for a car . but it did at first ? make it make SENSE . so yeah second deletion . app seriously not worth all this trouble

Donāt rent from them itās a scam from to the people that rent out cars everyone will ghost you stop answering your calls several people have been going through this they need to be stopped donāt fall for anything they sell you on.
No reliable
I do not understand why this type of application requests sensitive and personal security information in order to register. In the description it says that it does not collect information, but in reality if it does, this application is not reliable.
