Badh-Prahari mobile app is primarily designed for departmental officers to support the operations of the Central Flood Control Room at FMISC during the rainy season. It facilitates the exchange of flood-related information from across the state, focusing on gauge and discharge data from 23 river monitoring stations. Currently, this data is received via telephone every four hours and manually recorded, highlighting the need for a more streamlined and digital approach.
